This individual will be the eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring jobsite excellence, building critical relationships with stakeholders, and delivering world-class service through effective oversight, problem-solving, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight & Field Presence

  • Serve as the primary point of contact on job sites for developers, contractors, and subcontractors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with project superintendents, site managers, and third-party teams.

  • Conduct regular job site visits to inspect work quality, verify progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and installation standards.

  • Attend and contribute to routine meetings, standups, and walkthroughs; bring field-level insights back to internal teams.

  • Issue and track change orders, documenting modifications clearly and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Quality Assurance & Process Compliance

  • Perform pre-delivery surveys, ride-alongs, and post-delivery inspections to validate workmanship and delivery standards.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for appliance installation best practices, ensuring code and safety compliance.
Ensure subcontractor teams and internal crews meet performance expectations and follow company standards.

  • Identify, report, and proactively resolve installation or delivery issues in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Communication & Escalation

  • Provide detailed documentation and communication of site conditions, issues, and updates to AJ Madison’s home office.

  • Escalate recurring issues or systemic process gaps to management, proposing data-informed solutions.

  • Train AJM team members on installation requirements, customer service best practices, and job site conduct.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, increased efficiency, and improved client experience across all field operations.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of installation and delivery SOPs.

  • Attend product and installation training sessions to stay current and share knowledge with field teams.
